When you commission me you are agreeing to the terms I have written below
Any unspecified details will be left to my interpretation and any revison will have to be paid for.-I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any personal reason.
- Upon My cancellation of an already paid for commission, You will be refunded.
-I hold the right to share all messages and form submissionsPayment must be paid in full upfront through Paypal in USD.
Once I receive the payment I will begin work on the commission.What I drawAnthropomorphic animals and other creatures (dinosaurs, dragons, ect)What I will NOT draw. Pornographic scenes/nudity (meaning no nipples or genitals)/ lewd
. Graphic Violence
. Depictions of children in any sexual manner
. Social Messages/Politics/ Racist subject matter
. Magic/Occult/witches/vampires/undead
.Vehicles/machinesI have these rules in place due to moral convictions/personal taste.
any disrespect shown over these rules or any rude behavior or harassment will find your commission being terminated without Reimbursement.If you have further questions about the rules, please ask in a PM.Prices are based on effort and complexity.payments are non-refundable unless they fall upon the circumstances mentioned above.Commissions are not my personal work; do not be angry if they do not seem to have the same quality as others.Copyright / Image Use:- While the commissioner retains the rights they have to their own personal characters, I retain all rights in regards to the piece of artwork.
- I reserve the right to upload the Commission to my galleries, use them for prints, artbooks, portfolios & Merch, etc.
I also hold the right to stream as I work on your commission unless you specifically ask me not to.

If the client commissions a piece involving my world or characters I retain all rights.Client Must inform me if this is for commercial use, as this may affect the price.-The Commissioner may not profit from the artwork (be it selling prints of the artwork, or film, animation, book, comic, brand, selling the character etc) whether originally intended or not without informing me.
I hold the right to ask for a royalty or licensing fee in any profit you make from my work.- You may upload it to your art accounts for PUBLIC usage with credits to the artist.If you have further questions about the rules, please ask in a PM.
